Biography

On July 3, 2024, Robert left this world to be with the Lord. Since joining A Total Solution, Inc. (ATS) in 2006, Robert played a pivotal role in our company’s evolution and success. Over the past 18 years, he significantly contributed to the development and growth of our service department, before transitioning to the installation department to enhance its operational efficiencies.

In the week leading up to his passing, Robert sent several messages to ensure that we were taking proper care of his customers. In his final visit with us, he reassured us, saying, “I know you guys are doing a good job handling our customers.”

Robert’s absence leaves a profound void within the ATS team, among the fire marshals and inspectors across the Tampa Bay area, and among the many customers who were also his friends. His legacy of dedication, professionalism, and kindness will be deeply missed and forever cherished.

With over 33 years of experience in the sales, marketing, design, inspection, and installation of fire alarm, security, access control, and CCTV systems, Mr. Ragghianti has learned the value of long-term customer relationships. By concentrating on providing solutions that fit his customers’ particular needs and budgets, he has successfully directed A Total Solution’s customer-oriented approach through projects that run the gamut from small adult care facilities to 20-story-plus high-rise buildings.

Charlie Ragghianti’s extensive background and credentials include:

• MBA, Marketing 2012 from Golden Gate University
• Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Golden Gate University
• Certified Alarm System Contractor I
• NICET III Certified
• State of Florida continuing-education approved provider for ECLB, FASA, and BASA instruction
• Training of license holders, fire alarm and security technicians, county fire inspectors, and Pinellas County School Board employees
• Collaboration with the State Fire Marshal office and Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) fire alarm specialists
• Member of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Alarm Association of Florida, and Tarpon Springs Chamber of Commerce
• Responsibility for on-the-job instruction of naval employees in the repair, installation, and inspection of E2-Hawkeye & P3 Orion aircraft power plants while proudly serving in the United States Navy

Biography

Mr. Jones has proudly served with A Total Solution for over 13 years. He holds a Contractor II license from the state of Florida and is currently the license holder for fire sprinklers.

CREDENTIALS

Underscoring his firm belief in the importance of continuing education, Mr. Jones has either acquired, or is working towards:

• NICET level IV certificate in Water Based Fire Protection Systems Layout
• Associate of Arts degree in Engineering from St. Petersburg College
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida
• Bachelors degree in Fire Protection Engineering from the University of Maryland

Biography

Joe Velez brings 24 years of experience in the security, fire, and CCTV industry, with a distinguished career marked by his dedication and expertise. He has spent 12 years as a fire and security technician and has been a key member of A Total Solution, Inc. for 18 years.

Joe began his career in the security integration and life safety industry in 2000 as an integrator technician. His journey with A Total Solution, Inc. started as a services and inspections field technician. Through his hard work and commitment, he transitioned into the administrative office, where he took on roles in service, inspection, assistant dispatch, and management.
In 2008, Joe furthered his education by enrolling at Strayer University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. His educational background, combined with his practical experience, allowed him to develop strong customer service and inside sales skills, supporting the Service and Inspection Manager effectively.

Over the years, Joe’s role evolved from Assistant Service and Inspection Manager to Estimator and Project Manager. Today, he proudly serves as the Director of Service at A Total Solution, Inc.
His goal is to leverage his extensive experience and education to help the company achieve its ultimate objectives.

Rick Sloan serves as the Controller at A Total Solution, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology. With a distinguished career spanning senior finance and operations roles across Healthcare, Service, and Construction sectors, Rick brings invaluable knowledge and expertise to ATS. His contributions play a pivotal role in fostering the growth and prosperity of the organization. He emphasizes the importance of precise and transparent financial reporting as a cornerstone driving ATS’s achievements.

Alicia Shepherd has been an integral member of our company for over 15 years, excelling in leadership within our fire sprinkler service and installation department. With a bachelor’s degree in business management from St. Petersburg College, Alicia has leveraged her expertise to propel our department to unprecedented growth. Her adept management, extensive industry knowledge, dedication to customer satisfaction, and exceptional team-building skills have been instrumental in our success. Alicia’s unwavering drive and passion for excellence make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Paul Camposeo brings over 15 years of extensive experience in the security and fire alarm industry in Florida to his recent role with A Total Solutions. His career has encompassed sales and operations management, specializing in security, access control, and CCTV systems. Known for delivering exceptional customer service across all stages of project execution, Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in engineering management. He is also factory-trained in fire and CCTV systems, ensuring comprehensive expertise in his field.
