Joe Velez brings 24 years of experience in the security, fire, and CCTV industry, with a distinguished career marked by his dedication and expertise. He has spent 12 years as a fire and security technician and has been a key member of A Total Solution, Inc. for 18 years. Joe began his career in the security integration and life safety industry in 2000 as an integrator technician. His journey with A Total Solution, Inc. started as a services and inspections field technician. Through his hard work and commitment, he transitioned into the administrative office, where he took on roles in service, inspection, assistant dispatch, and management. In 2008, Joe furthered his education by enrolling at Strayer University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. His educational background, combined with his practical experience, allowed him to develop strong customer service and inside sales skills, supporting the Service and Inspection Manager effectively. Over the years, Joe’s role evolved from Assistant Service and Inspection Manager to Estimator and Project Manager. Today, he proudly serves as the Director of Service at A Total Solution, Inc. His goal is to leverage his extensive experience and education to help the company achieve its ultimate objectives. A Total Solution, Inc. is a rapidly growing company specializing in the design, engineering, and installation of integrated access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire/life safety systems for a wide range of commercial and industrial clients.
